Each Florida exam part costs $215 per attempt, so the question that matters isn't “did you study?” — it's “are you ready?” Our readiness score answers that honestly. We trust it enough to put the purchase price behind it: reach Exam Ready, sit your exam, and if you don't pass, we refund your course in full.

1. Reach Exam Ready

Study until your course shows Exam Ready status: a readiness score of 85 or higher, including at least two passed full-length timed simulations. The app tracks all of this for you — no paperwork.

2. Sit your exam

Take the corresponding Florida examination while your 12-month course access is active.

3. Didn't pass? Full refund

Report your result in the app, upload your official score report, and start a claim within 14 days of your exam date. We refund your course purchase in full.

Exam Ready status must be reached before you sit the exam: a readiness score of 85+ in the course, including at least two passed full-length timed simulations. Simulations count only when they're full length (the official question count) and at or above the official passing score — the app records these automatically.
The exam must be taken while your 12-month course access is active.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your exam date and include your official Pearson VUE / Professional Testing score report (it shows your name, exam, date, and score).
One guarantee claim per course purchase.
The refund covers your LicenseReady purchase — not state exam fees, application fees, or reference books.
The claim must match the account that did the studying: simulations and readiness are recorded server-side on your account, which is what makes this guarantee possible.

Why the Exam Ready gate?

Because it protects you, not just us. Practice accuracy alone overpredicts real exam performance — stamina over a multi-hour, 100-plus question test is its own skill. That's why Exam Ready requires passing two full-length timed simulations, and why we'd rather you delay your exam date than donate another $215 to the testing company. If the score says you're ready and the exam disagrees, that's on us — and we pay for it.

How to claim

Sign in and open your course page, then use “How did your exam go?” to report the result — attach your official score report there.
Send us a note via the support page with the “Pass Guarantee claim” topic, from any email, telling us which account and exam.
We verify the study record and score report and issue the refund to your original payment method — typically within 5 business days.
